Knight XI Premier skipper Rahul Yadav won the toss and elected to bat first. Knight XI Premier were all out at 154 runs in 35.4 overs. At one stage they were 144/5 in 30 overs but they lost last 5 wickets for 10 runs in 5.4 overs.Major contributors were Hirday Riar 40 ( 4×4 b58), Digvijay Rawat 27 ( 3×4 b44), Rahul Yadav 24 ( 3×4 b26), Amit Yadav 26 ( 1×4 2×6 in 27 balls), and Jagrit Anand 21 ( 1×4 1×6 b31). Left arm pacer Zia-Ul-Haq bowled well and took 3/13 in 7 overs. Left arm spinner Biren Pal Singh also bowled well and took 3/37 in 7 overs.
In reply, Hari Singh Cricket Academy lost 6 wickets for 73 runs in 15.5 overs but Saurabh Kumar 40 (3×4 1×6 b42) and Subodh Bhati (18) played sensible innings and put on 58 runs for the 7th wicket in 9 overs. Shiva Yadav played good knock of unbeaten 21 runs ( 3×4 b40) towards the end and helped their side to reach the target of 155 runs in 35.3 overs. For Knight XI, off spinner Amit Yadav bowled well and took 4/36. Parvinder Awana and Pradeep Parashar picked up 2 wickets each.
