Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You must initiate the return process within 30 days of receiving your order.

The following items are not eligible for refunds unless defective:

  • Opened earphone or headphone packages (hygiene reasons)
  • Downloadable software or digital content
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made accessories

Refund Process

  1. Contact our customer support team via email to request a return authorization
  2. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
  3. Package the item securely with the RMA number clearly visible
  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). If you are returning an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and considering shipping insurance.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please follow the standard return process and place a new order.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
